Job description

The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) grows Google's business through partnerships with online publishers who use our platforms including AdSense and an arsenal of DoubleClick tools. You’ll be joining a high-achieving team whose goal is to help online content creators and mobile developers get the best out of the web in emerging markets in Southeast Asian region. Our team thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented and international environments. Your role involves taking full ownership of the market through business development initiatives and driving close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to address the market challenges and opportunities. We are looking for a self driven, enthusiastic and passionate individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. You must have an analytical approach in sales and be able to work in complex environments. Strong teamwork and excellent multi-tasking skill are critical to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities
Amplify the success of top online publishers by developing strong relationships, providing business and product expertise, and by providing exceptional customer support through in-person meetings and via phone.
Acquire new publishers/developers to expand the value of Google Display Network.
Analyze data, trends, and account performance and develop account plans for publishers and country business plans for the market.
Work cross-functionally within OPG and also through the wider Google and Global OPG organization.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the mobile, ad sales and/or online publishing industry.
Excellent phone and in-person sales skills, with understanding of publishers and online advertising business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to independently prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
Project management, organization and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills including presentations and communicating to senior executives.
