Job description

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

You will be responsible for building a key practice area within the business unit relating to product and business strategy. You will be responsible for driving explosive growth across all Google’s products. You and your team will work on broad set of initiatives around market opportunity, product definition, competitive landscape and business go to market planning for key products. Strong candidates will demonstrate steady career progression with increasing scope of responsibility, superior business acumen and proven ability to build compelling business cases as well as moving ideas to execution. You will work on projects, presentations and analysis that require broad cross-functional coordination coupled with deep knowledge of the enterprise space, products and competitors. You will drive, produce and deliver effective models and analysis as well as compelling, narrative presentations to convey key conclusions and recommendations to various audiences.

Responsibilities
Conceptualize and deliver step change efficiency/effectiveness improvements for Sales through a combination of training, process and operating model improvements.
Design and improve end-to-end operational processes (e.g., process re-design, centralization) with a focus on customer-centricity, lean delivery and agility (including rapid testing, adaptation of operational innovations across APAC).
Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, scoping projects, defining deliverables, identifying resource needs/timelines and managing projects.
Lead a diverse project team across functions, to ensure that the project delivers tangible processes, tools, products and services that increase our capacity to earn the love of our customers.
Engage with stakeholders to design and deliver training agenda (implementation tools, processes) to drive step change improvement in skill sets/capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

MBA or Masters in Operations/Management Science or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Sigma green or black belt will be an added advantage.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs at scale.
Ability to drive change across organizational boundaries in a fast paced environment.
Understanding of the digital/online business sector.
Operations consulting experience with top tier firm.
