Job description
1. Sales Transformation Program Management
Responsible to program manage NCS’ sales transformation initiative (which will involve strengthening the farming and hunting engines, and improving project margins)
Review and align sales organizational and structure reviews to support the sales transformation
Develop sales force affordability model to support the Customer Fronting Unit’s annual operating plans
2. Sales Operations
Accountable to review, formalise and implement the Sales Ops processes and cadence for NCS
Build and lead the sales operation team to:
Coordinate and drive sales review meetings to track performance of Customer Fronting Unit against annual operating targets, including the development of a Sales War Room
Proactively perform sales analytics on Customer Fronting Unit and sector sales performance, sales trend, pipeline size, etc and to recommend the necessary corrective actions
Review and recommend Customer Fronting Unit performance measures and tracking mechanisms for BC heads, AMs and sales managers (hunters)
Manage the account ownership information within each Customer Fronting Unit
Review and propose commission and incentive framework and schemes for Customer Fronting Unit sales force (BC heads, AMs, sales managers) and sales pursuit team (pre-sales, solution, bid management). Lead and implement the change with respective functional stakeholders to deliver the initiative.
3. Sales Support
Review and streamline the sales support activities to better support the sales force, and for improved efficiency and effectiveness
Consolidate and build the sales support function
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 10 years’ of proven sales transformation experience and able to review, formalise and implement the Sales Ops processes.
Communicate effectively in spoken, written and electronic formats. Includes active listening, questioning techniques and delivering effective presentations
Deliver clear, convincing and well organized presentations, projects credibility and poise even in highly visible and adversarial situations
Use appropriate communication styles and methods to establish credibility and to communicate information and ideas effectively.
Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
