Job description
Summary of Accountabilities is as follows, but not limited to: JOB DESCRIPTION: 1.Conduct AD biweekly review from FAA & EASA website and issue review report, update the AD monitoring database, host AD weekly/monthly review meeting with customer. 2.Liaise with Maintenance planner, Technical Services to deal with any concern/question from Customer regarding AD execution, distribute the relevant paperwork to the different process owners from MRO and Airline. 3.Conduct internal audit, build up and maintain internal audit system, monitor the progress of corrective actions & closure in Boeing MET system, file all the relevant audit documentation. 4.Act as QMS/SMS focal to lead SAG team & activities. 5.Participate in the Fleet Management (FM) audit activities in this region. 6.Assist QM to maintain FM program interface manuals for different customers, DOA (Design Organization Approval) Exposition Manual and SOP. 7. Conduct sub-contractor & supplier audit, build up and maintain an approved sub-contractors/suppliers list, monitor the corrective actions & closure, file all the relevant audit documentation. 8. Maintain all the latest airworthiness publications from Air Authorities. Technical publications & Specification in the centralized technical library. 9. Build up and maintain a training records system for all the qualified staff. 10.Maintain and control all the active forms in the Fleet Management program and DOA. 11. Assist QM for any external audit (DOA CAAS audit, AOC CAAS audit or Customer audits) follow up, monitor the progress of corrective actions & closure etc to ensure that current FM program continues to be complied with regulatory agency & customers requirements. 12. Participate in any incident/accident investigation related to DOA or FM program and coordinate with regulatory agency. 13. In charge or coordinate with customers for regular reliability meeting. 14. Other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management.

Examples of Experience and qualfications expected in sucesful candidate
Diploma and typically 6 -10 or more years' related work experience, a degree and typically 4 - 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is desired. 8 years of commercial aviation experience, with 3 years of relevant quality assurance or audit experiences is desired. Qualified internal auditor and lead auditor, Airlines or Commercial Aircrafts MRO experience is preferred.
