Director - Strategic Account - Banking - Wipro - Singapore

Job description
The Director - Strategic Account will be account managing one of Wipro’s largest banking account by consultative selling and proactively shaping the business opportunities. It would also involve managing and growing the existing business and working closely with Customer, Delivery, Practice and Sales Support team of Wipro. The job requires building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients and increases market share in the accounts and improves penetration. This role is dominantly sales focused.

Identify opportunities of growth in the account and lead account strategy and planning
Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals
Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan.
Showcase Wipro’s solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organisation through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets.
Exemplify Wipro leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.

Desired Skills and Experience
Over 12-15 years of IT Infrastructure Services experience with 5 years experience in managing large account(s).
Excellent understanding of IT Services in one or more of Datacenter Services & Operations, End-User computing, or Enterprise Service Management
Good understanding and experience of Global Delivery - Onsite/Offshore Model
Development of account or functional strategy, planning and roadmap.
Proven track record in consulting, advising and solution selling.
Excellent customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings.
Develop long term valued relationships with the client.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.
Successfully managing engagement issues and risks
Ability to provide leadership, motivate and evaluate staff, whether directly or through subordinates
