Oracle Global Client Advisor - FSI Key Account - Oracle - Singapore


Job description
The position is for Global Client Advisor (GCA) to be assigned to FSI ACCOUNTS and target base office of Singapore or Malaysia. Minimum total relevant experience of 15 years, relevant and senior working experience as described below. Reporting into the Global Client Advisor organization, the GCA role will oversee the collaborative process of working with key customers to realize the full value of their investment in Oracle and full future value of expanding transformational capabilities and solve CXO agenda problems based on Oracle-enabled capabilities.

The GCA is expected to work very closely on a day- to-day basis with and in support of the Key Account Director of the account in support of the 3-year account strategy and key tactical priorities and programs that are the accountability of the account team to drive both Revenue and Pipeline outcomes that over a multi-year period show faster growth than the typical named account of Oracle.
Key Responsibilities
The GCA acts as the trusted advisor to the most prestigious named accounts in order to further client relationships and drive additional opportunities. A GCA earns a seat at the customer table to provide differentiated advice
Works with clients at the C-level, understanding their issues and business requirements, and laying out a road map of how to leverage Oracle's products and services.
Collaborate with senior leadership and the Key Account Director to identify new service offering opportunities for growth.
Drive definition of transformation programs consistent with the 3 year Account Strategy, mobilize the organization and provide direction on new opportunities in order to maintain and grow a reference base of business.
Willingness to travel as required.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING

This person could come from a variety of backgrounds, but will be an expert and acknowledged thought leader in Banking / FSI Industry, and IT Strategy and Architecture.Such backgrounds could include:
CIO within the Industry or related previous experience.
Partner at a large systems integrator, IT consulting firm, or competitive organization where he/she has run a large solutions and services business; most likely at a level where they have managed the strategy and business development efforts for a practice.
Working in similar role for a major software or enterprise IT player
CTO or Chief Architect with related strong FSI industry and/or business experience
Broad to deep knowledge of Oracle applications and technology and expert resources preferred.
Seasoned and experienced at how Oracle products have been leveraged for transformational opportunities (preferred).
A respected thought leader within their industry or technical center of expertise.
Experience developing IT strategies for client organizations and the ability to become a Trusted Advisor to senior executives
Ability to communicate excitement and drive execution to deliver a vision to the customer.
Proven experience being influential and persuasive while advising C-level Executives and Staff.
Experience working in a large, complex global team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the executive presence and ability to present at the Board and C-level.
Strong project management and organization skills
BA/BS degree, at a minimum; MBA or similar preferred.
