As with any project or undertaking, leading a QlikView implementation in the right way will bring our customers much higher confidence and success rates. Your role is about leading the team with the right technical and consulting approach to a QlikView implementation – both in supporting customer project teams with the required experience and best practice knowledge, and in designing the
QlikView deployment in the most suitable way for the technical and business environment.
In this role you will lead the implementation teams with world class enterprise best practices on strategic Enterprise Implementations.
You’ll serve as the leader for our APAC Consulting Services teams and customers who will call upon you to apply our technology to help solve their business problem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Leader of the Delivery Consultants, Services Sales Manager and Services Coordinator for the APAC Region
• Work closely with License Account Managers, Customers, Pre-Sales, Partners and Product Management to build license and services demand
• Build a Go-To-Market Plan with APAC Sales Leadership and their key re-sell and implementation partners
• Operationally drive technical readiness, quality assurance and delivery excellence in the field
• Business Leadership for all customer delivery engagements to ensure that Qlikview best practices are documented and implemented
• Lead Consulting Sales team members to circa US$5M bookings target in 2015 and revenue of US$4.3M
• Set and manage Utilization targets – 60+% for delivery consultants
• Build a hiring pipeline to ensure capacity levels allow Consulting Services – APAC Region to achieve their 2015 revenue and margin plan
• Champion tools and methods that result in reducing risk while also assuring high quality delivery
• Develop readiness plans for all delivery consultants which recognize career development aspirations and include expanding Consulting Services’ consulting and technical skills
• Solve client implementation issues and/or coach client delivery staff on their projects. Manage project scope and client expectation.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

• B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
• Professional Services P&L Leadership up to US$4.3M in revenue within a software company
• Leadership experience gained in top-tier consulting organizations and strong experience leading and motivating high performing teams
• Strong client-facing consultative skills, able to act as a customer advocate
• 10-15 years of experience managing external clients in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business intelligence, systems development, and systems Integration
• Strong enterprise customer exposure
• Ability to organize and lead client sessions that involve non-technical resources, creating requirements and architecture/technical design
• Ability to generate client signoff and commitment to the overall solution, architecture and design
• Extensive experience with Relational Database systems and data modeling
• Experience with SAP BW/BO and/or SAP ERP
• Deep knowledge and experience with a range of Business Intelligence tools
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP (e.g. Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP R/3)
• Knowledge of Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) tools
• Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Visual Basic, Java, C++, and ASP
• Knowledge of web software/development such as AJAX, HTTP, iFrame, JavaScript, ASP, Apache and Web Services
• Windows Server architecture knowledge – W2003, W2008, IIS, .Net, SharePoint and VMWare
• Knowledge of extranet architectures such as DMZ, Firewalls, Ports, Vlans and Reverse proxies
• Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• An outgoing, focused and organized individual, with passion and a strong drive to succeed.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to succeed in a high pressure environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor equivalent mandatory
• Master equivalent preferable
• MBA advantageous

Languages
• Business level English mandatory
• Business level in APAC region languages desirable
• Other relevant languages would be an advantage

Experience
• Vertical market experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, High Tech Manufacturing or CPG/Retail.
• Extraordinary client-facing skills with the ability to solve the clients’ needs and manage scope in a positive way.
• Master in Computer Science or Information Systems desired.

Job Requirements
• Mobility - Willingness to travel to support the APAC Region
• 40-50% of travel time required.
