Job description
Lead, execute and manage Large and Strategic engagements
Develop and maintain strong client relations with senior executives (including CXOs), develop new insights into IT governance issues and deliver actionable, high-impact results
Conduct assessments and recommend actions for improving IT governance maturity using COBIT, Val IT as reference frameworks
Help clients in defining and setting up a robust IT governance framework in alignment with industry best practices
Manage client engagements including oversight of IT governance transformation activities.
Lead and mentor other consultants within the Business Units.
Create and support business development pursuits and ensure high levels of client satisfaction especially with delivery capabilities
Plan and manage implementation of IT controls.
Ensure successful project execution within aggressive timelines
Determine and articulate key Business and IT metrics for all BPT services being delivered to the clients
Contribute thought capital through creation of executive presentations, point-of-views, and white papers.


Desired Skills and Experience
15-20 years’ experience in IT industry
Sound, hands-on background of delivering Package based IT Consulting services
leveraging best-in-class IT governance processes,program management standards, quality processes, SDLC models and package specific methodologies.
Must be a sales professional with at least 10 years of complex IT solutions selling experience focused on selling IT Solutions to the organisations in Government vertical.
Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills.
Responsible for generating leads, cold calling, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities.
Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
Must have strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
Strong technical understanding with exp
Experience in or familiarity with current technologies is necessary.
Must have strong existing C-level relationships from past client base
Able to quickly assess new sales opportunities and potential for expanding opportunities within and associated with existing clients.
