Job description
Compliance Technology organization (CCT) provides technology solutions for the global compliance teams across all JP Morgan Chase lines of business. The CCT application portfolio is experiencing significant growth as the firm wide focus on regulatory management and reporting has increased. CCT is responsible for partnering with our clients to evolve business capabilities and improve end user experience with our solutions and services.

We are now looking for an exceptional senior manager (ED) to establish and then run this large compliance development capability, which will be in Singapore.

The new Singapore compliance team will be an extension of the US based compliance development capability, working in close collaboration with them, while at the same time ensuring that the developed solutions are able to be leveraged by all countries.


Desired Skills and Experience
The right candidate will have proven experience of:
- Building and running a high performance development teams
- Working as part of a global development function
- Delivering compliance technology solutions
- Establishing strong financial and development lifecycle processes
- Working to demanding timelines

Qualifications:

- Technical Bachelors and Masters degree
- A minimum of 15 years in the financial services market, preferably across various technology businesses and functions
- Strong compliance knowledge and banking experience
- Strong experience of compliance technology solutions
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative environment and work through conflict to find appropriate solutions to key issues
- Ability to travel
