Job Description:
The primary role purpose of the Branch Director is to lead and manage the financial needs based solutions and service force, drive respective strategy, monitor financial advisory and service performance as well as identify development needs in the team.
Directing the implementation of strategies to drive and expand customer relationships through consistent follow up and servicing of banking and financial service related products. The role will need to deliver the Network strategy, being accountable for the implementation of face to face delivery of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management plan including overall structure, financial needs based solutions proposition goals, staff performance and leads prospect management.

In delivering the business objectives, the Network Hub Director must also maintains the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC Group, closely managing the collective performance of the team. Creating and maintaining an environment and relationships where the team maximizes performance in achieving the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business objectives.
The jobholder will ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation. This will be achieved by consistently displaying the behaviours required to support the Best Place to Bank principles.
The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology. Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

Degree holder with proven track record in banks, of successfully performing financial needs analysis for clients, focusing on their Wealth Management needs in a dedicated client relationship role.
Accreditation in CHI, CGI and CMFAS Modules 1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9 and M9A is essential.
Highly driven to excel and be able to thrive within a challenging environment by effectively recognising customers' financial needs
Outgoing disposition, well-equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of drive to excel
Strong leadership, managerial, strategic planning including financial planning and management, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, communications, analytical, interpersonal, motivational, negotiation, project management, financial needs based solutions provision and team-building skills. A thorough understanding of a multichannel business model is essential.
Strong business acumen and ability to continually make trade-off decisions and build consensus.
Ability to use numerical data to develop tactical plans within the broad context of strategic plans and change them as warranted by results.
