Job Description:
The AP Regional Supply Chain Finance team supports the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT). We work closely across Asia-Pacific countries and Global Supply chain, to understand the needs & challenges of the business, to ensure we add- value across the Supply Chain network.
Asia-Pacific’s supply chain network consists of 10 plants, 45 external manufacturers, and 47 distribution centers.

The Regional Supply Chain Finance Controller will be a key team lead and will partner with both Regional Supply Chain leadership as well as In-country Supply Chain, Global Procurement, Commercial Finance team and Country Supply Chain Finance. He/she will also closely collaborate with Global Supply Chain Finance and Pillar Finance for planning process as well business delivery. Furthermore, He/she will lead Regional planning process improvement and GRM implementation for Supply Chain ES&P journey. The position has 1 analysts reporting to them so will also need to provide oversight and support to Inventory/SLOB, Headcount and improving Systems reporting.
This position reports to the Sr. Finance Director, Consumer Supply Chain, Asia Pacific (AP).
Key Working Relationships
The role will involve working closely with finance counterparts in global / regional / country teams, as well as Regional Supply Chain and Country Supply Chain business partnering support.
Key Business Partners
Close partnership with Global Finance and SC Pillar Finance team like Source, Make
Regional SCLT members, e.g., the Vice President, Asia Pacific Supply Chain and the Senior Director, Sourcing

Business Analysis & Partnering
Engage key business partners on improvement initiatives e.g. CIP management, & External Manufacturing
Provide data driven insights and recommendations
Facilitate decisions & drive action
Drive financial analysis for CIPs, Capital Projects, and Inventory efficiency initiatives
Drive Financial analysis to facilitate identification of right opportunities & valuations
Financial Accounting & Management Reporting
Support business planning / strategic planning cycles
Facilitate clear representation of the business' actual performance, future plans, risks and opportunities, and ensure adequate resources are invested in the right areas
Budget planning & management for Regional Office, including related hedging / SOX compliance requirements
Ensure timely, accurate & appropriate regular management reporting to Global / Regional Supply Chain management
Improve current practices by driving better accuracy, efficiency & simplicity
Lead GRM implementation and optimize TM1 solution
Talent & Leadership
Develop & lead a high performing, customer focused finance team
Put priority on people objectives. Provide on-going coaching and feedback. Design and enable challenging and relevant development assignments. Reward and motivate individuals, taking into consideration what drives them
Required
Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in Finance
Proven track record of effective business partnership & results delivery
Proven track record of coaching/mentoring staff, managing performance and developing people
Strong communication & influencing skills
Big picture orientation with attention to detail
Desirable
MBA preferred
Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) preferred
Good knowledge of US GAAP, SOX internal control and Healthcare Compliance preferred
Location
This position is based in Singapore with approximately 10% travel. Relocation support will be considered.
