Job Description:
You will lead your team to plan, develop and implement new security capabilities for the public transport system. Your responsibility includes setting guidelines and security standards for the public transport system and auditing the performance of the Public Transport Operators against the set standards. In ensuring that our security procedures and processes remain relevant, you would also lead your team in coordinating with local agencies and maintain exchanges with the security agencies of other countries for benchmarking purposes.
Requirements
• Degree in any discipline
• At least 8 years' of relevant experience in security matters, with at least 5 years' experience in a managerial capacity
• Experience in transport security will be an advantage
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills to lead a team of energetic officers
