Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to collaborate with internal stakeholders to define a talent management strategy and design and implement talent management programs to support the business in the achievement of its goals and objectives.
Specifically, the Talent Management Lead will:
•Facilitate, integrate and coordinate Talent Management initiatives, including project planning, resourcing, timing and communications
•Provide specialized talent and change management advice, leadership and support to the Senior Management Team
•Work to align L&D initiatives with the Talent Management strategy
•Create programs to identify and develop top, emerging and valued talent
Job requirements
•BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior or related field
•At least seven years of global talent management, organization development and/or leadership experience
•At least 10 years of HR experience or knowledge in the area of Talent Management
•Proven track record of talent development and talent management – leadership development, succession plans, change management and talent program management
•Performance management and organization development experience, tracking and enabling meaningful discussions, solutions and documentation
•Strong facilitation capability
•Strong collaboration capability across the region and with partners in Corporate
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build strong relationships across the company
•Ability to influence and manage change
•Capacity to lead multiple projects under tight deadlines
•Strong organization skills, outstanding communication skills and detail oriented
