Job Description:
Utilize broad base ofrelationship with ERP/SCM executives in Oracles customer base to inform on newoffering.
Act as the trusted advisor tofurther client relationships and drive additional opportunities.
Work with clients at the C-level,understanding their issues and business requirements, and laying out a road mapof how to leverage Oracle's products and services.
Collaborate with seniorleadership to identify service offering opportunities for growth.
Design and Drive programs,mobilize the organization and provide direction on new opportunities in orderto maintain and grow a reference base of business.
Work with strategic partners todrive up-sell and cross-sell programs into install base and net new markets.
Drive CLOUD STAND ALONE solutionsinto competition install base.
Act as the CLOUD basedTransformation advisor for Product Based industries.
Desired Skills And Experience
You will be well knownamong COOs and VP of Planning or Supply Chain or the SCM field and will haveworked in the ERP and SCM or SCE systems. You will understand the nuances and detail business flows of the productindustries.
MFG or SCMDirector that has implemented systems in large multi-nationals.
IT Directorsor CIOs with implementation experience in the manufacturing or products industries spacefor cloud applications such as:
Partner at alarge
systemsintegrator
ITConsulting firm
competitiveorganization with cloud ERP/SCM applications
businessconsulting with Cloud Transformation experience
where he/shehas proven growth track record and/or run a large CLOUD TRANSFORMATIONsolutions/services business.
Respectedthought leader within their industry and the broader ERP communities
Extensivenetwork of contacts accumulated over the course of their career.
Experiencedeveloping IT strategies for client organizations and the ability tobecome a Trusted Advisor to senior executives.
Ability tospeak publicly in large and high visibility forums on both organizational transformationtopics and how technology enables that and compliance.
Provenexperience being influential and persuasive while advising C-levelExecutives and Staff.
Experienceworking in a large, complex global team environment.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present at theBoard and C-level.
Strongproject management, facilitation, and organization skills.
BA/BSdegree, at a minimum advance degree preferred.
