Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Partner Marketing will be responsible for managing the relationships with key partners in the Consumer Electronics, Broadband Providers/MVPDs, Telecom, Hospitality, Financial industries among others. This role will work with Business Development to find opportunities to build awareness of Netflix and its Original series/movies through promotional programs that are jointly created and launched.
In this role, we seek a marketing professional who enjoys managing and growing relationships with partners and is comfortable owning the full life cycle of partner marketing projects from ideation to execution. The preferred candidate will develop and implement strategies and promotional ideas using Netflix assets to help our partners reach their business goals while also allowing Netflix reach new consumers. This position will be based in our Singapore office.

Own the partner marketing relationships with our consumer electronics, broadband providers/ISP, telcos, financial institutions, hospitality and others in Asia-Pacific
Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product and other regional Partner Marketing leads to develop programs that can be executed globally, regionally and/or locally
Develop and launch creative partner marketing programs that advance exposure for Netflix content or the brand in a way that also benefits our partners
Drive integration between broader content and brand programs at Netflix and our strategic partners
Help define the overall Netflix marketing strategy with the leadership team

Natural partner engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established partner relationships to programs that impact the business
Experience and passion for building great partner marketing programs that are unique and scalable
Ability to manage multiple relationships in a way that grows strategic relationships while not neglecting the ecosystem of mid-tier partners in Asia
An ability to effectively provide input on creative development from a local market perspective
Experience working in an environment that has internal product and business development teams in a way that embraces individual momentum rather than process driven group thinking
An entrepreneurial mind and spirit, along with the ability to be proactive and work amongst shifting priorities
Great communication and interpersonal skills.Experience dealing with partners in the APAC region
Experience in Entertainment marketing
