Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced leader to drive long-term sustainable sales growth and improve the capabilities of our Sales team in APAC.
Strategic mind-set, team leader
• Help develop and implement future strategies for the Sales team
• Improve relevant channel strategies and build on the strengths of individual retailers
• Participate and co-lead the APAC Sales Directors Network and roll out APAC sales training agenda
• Drive the local- and APAC sales training agenda

• Implement a new Customer Business Planning Tool across APAC
• Improve Key Account Manager capabilities, particularly around space optimization and trade promotion effectiveness

What you’ll need:
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Thirteen or more years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG or branded goods
• A proven track record of leading and motivating a team of professionals
• Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
