What You’ll Do
This role will be responsible for managing CA’s Inside Sales business in APJ. You will be expected to create real and measurable business results. This position will report to the VP of Global Digital Sales.
Responsibilities:
Work with CA executive management to create and agree on the Asia Pacific Inside Sales program goals and strategy
Create a spirit of collaboration, evangelism, and engagement with CA's direct sales management and respective teams
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
Oversee and manage all Inside Sales Initiatives. Track pipeline and close deals for specific agreed upon revenue goals.
Provide leadership to ensure CA is competitive and capable to win business
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring performance against pre-established business metrics
Collaborate with Marketing to drive the creation and utilization of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs and campaigns that drive Inside Sales revenue
Work in concert with CA’s Channel/Partner Organization in order to drive opportunities within our Named & Growth Markets
Qualifications:
10+ years in IT-related sales experience / solid experience and strong understanding of indirect business
Experience running an inside sales organization comprising of over 20 team members across 4 geo market in APJ
Experience with evaluating and transforming inside sales groups in order to maximize revenues
Demonstrated track record of successful quota attainment
Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix environment
Deep experience working with channel and virtual presales organizations in order to drive activity and revenue
Able to drive change management/ the transformation in the organisation
Handle complex solution sales
Demonstrated the value of virtual sales/ to be able to build collaborative relationships with channel partners
A proven track record in delivering sales performance and a people manager with the ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop a team
