This is an opportunity for you to apply for a Channels Manager position within Digitisation & Client Access. You will be responsible to build and manage our Securities Services product suite in Straight2Bank (S2B). You will have a key role to play in continuing to develop product capabilities, influence change, commercialize capabilities, train client facing teams and monitor 24/7 availability of web channel capabilities in 40+ countries.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Execution of the product life cycle activities for proprietary (S2B suite); industry connectivity via Swift & approved 3rd party bureaux & fintech providers to SCB for Securities Services
Define and Execute the innovation Strategy for Securities Services (SS).
Complex solutioning for global mandate and client advisory (Min. 20 client engagement per year)
Engage in global RFI and RFP client discussion and response preparation
Internal and external commercialisation – lead and deliver on global initiatives, training & comms with client facing teams; functions and I&CM, Service & Ops.
Governance - own and execute on PPG directives and CA’s for client access suite.
Generating awareness, commitment to & feedback loop on SCInnovate activity.
Translating business concepts into business requirements and assist technical teams in understanding the requirements related to Securities Services product and services
Lead review of the functional requirements and User Acceptance Test Cases
Facilitate the production of project/work stream deliverables; scoping requirements documents, project plans, budgets, risks & issue tracker, governance structures.
Governance of programme or projects including facilitation of Project Work Groups and where necessary Project Steering committee reviews.
Responsible for direct project management for all securities services related development within budget. This will involve coordination across all support departments (Operations, Technology, Compliance, Tax, Legal, Infrastructure, Controlling / Finance) and Senior Management from the business to execute necessary policy, process and technology change.
Engage and manage external resources if required.
Work closely with Architecture team to ensure design and development of new product functions are in line with target state architecture – Willingness to challenge status quo.
Work closely with Operation team to ensure changes in processes are understood and documented by Operations partners in line with rollout of new product offering.
Ensuring the effective communication of all process, policy changes to the related work streams within specific timeliness
Facilitate / Support internal training (Train the Trainer environment) for Product, Service and operations teams in the different regions and countries
Support client migration and conduct post implementation reviews
Continuous process improvements to update platform capabilities
Qualifications and Skills
You will bring specific subject matter expertise of Securities Services product and client insights, with a minium of 10 years experience in either channel management and/or security services.

The individual will need to have a combination of creative flair and collaborative skills to drive and own change. In return, the individual will enjoy an independent ownership to develop new capabilities that would meet needs of Investors and intermediary client segment

Knowledge of Securities Services products and services, in particular Corporate actions, settlement process and client reporting needs
Good understanding of clients needs within the I&I segment
Proven business project management capabilities
Understanding of technology sufficient to provide leadership and deployment of applications and content
Proven capacity to translate between technology possibilities and business / client usage opportunities, in particular increasing client electronic adoptability within I&I
Ability to foresee and address roadblocks; decisiveness and judgment to maintain high paced traction.
Resilience and discipline to address roadblocks and maintain pace.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
