We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Asia-Pacificaccount acquisition and management team. The successful candidate will haverevenue and management responsibility for a portfolio of accounts in theirspecified region. S/he will have experience establishing and managingrelationships with advertisers or their agency. This role requires a proactive,motivated, organized, responsible candidate who is able to work well in afast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. This role is based in our Singapore office.

-Equipped with outstanding prospecting, negotiation, sales & accountmanagement skills within the Media and/or Travel Industry in Australia, NewZealand and The Pacific Islands.
-Experienced at building effective client relationships through positivecommunication, honesty and trust, across all levels of the account base
-Not intimidated by technical interaction. Our group works closely with siteengineers. The successful candidate must enjoy problem solving and be unafraidof technical solutions to ensure successful launch of campaigns to meetquarterly sales targets.
-Able to identify issues and develop plans for issue resolution using both puredata and anecdotal information.
-Able to acquire a deep understanding of a client's business and advertisinggoals and then analyse campaign performance data in order to suggest structuraland editorial improvements that will optimize account performance.
-Able to grow an account base and improve product integration/performance withcustomers.
-Producing outstanding results both professionally and personally by effectivemanagement of business processes. Effectively plans, budgets, tracks andevaluates performance of his/her business area.
-Knowledgeable in digital performance metrics, analytics, and cost-per-clickadvertising solutions.
**Candidates without a strong background in ECommerce for a major website willnot be considered, with a preference for candidates with experience working foran OTA, Media Company e.g. Google, Yahoo etc or related industry.
-Proactive, “can-do” attitude, absolutely necessary.
-Excellent written communication and organizational skills absolutely required.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
-Strong excel and analytical skills required.
-Great interpersonal skills are required.
-Strong teamwork skills and ability to be self-motivated are essential.
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Ability to Travel required.
