Manage & develop the central search & performance team
Ensure career pathing in place for all team members
Ensure senior bench strength & succession planning
Identify talent needs and make investment cases accordingly

Develop a best-in-class performance marketing product
Develop a best-in-class paid search product
Develop a best-in-class SEO product (with GroupM SEO lead)
Develop an integrated search and performance product
Develop MEC's data & audience planning capability in Singapore (with Analytics & Insight lead)
Management of tracking & technology vendor portfolio
Business
Manage the Global Solutions search & performance P&L
Deliver against co-agreed annual revenue & profit targets
KPIs
Delivery of annual revenue & profit target
Product proposition built & implemented
Designed & implemented a structured career path for all team members
100% customer retention
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 8 years of progressive experience managing paid search campaigns with large spends in a Media Agency, an interactive aency, a boutique paid search agency or on the client-side. Ideally a combination of two or three of the above.
Proven P&L and talent growth and management experience across multiple markets.
Have ready-made examples of when you positively affected a client' business at scale with a Search (SEM & SEO) solution.
Working knowledge of other digital channels, especially affiliate marketing and DSPs highly advantageous.
