Responsibilities
Understand the market and provide strategic input: Be the headlights to the business by analysing data and understanding market dynamics for growth strategy inputs.
Develop and execute regional marketing plans in conjunction with APAC regional, country and US/HQ stakeholders. Enable and align Field Marketing teams with campaigns to generate awareness and demand for Google Maps & Earth Enterprise
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and how to best position our products in the local market, defining and implementing our APAC marketing and communications strategy
Act as a primary evangelist in the APAC theatre - incl. speaking to press, analysts and at events. Collaborate with the PR team to evolve customer perceptions and develop APAC geospatial narrative.
Support our growing field sales force and channel partners through sales collateral, sales tools, competitive information and insights. Analyse the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns to determine ROI and prioritize resources. Build the Google Awareness and be the Google brand evangalist through story telling and the most beautiful creative.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to influence wide audiences at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
Outstanding written, presentation and oral communication skills.
Strong Interest in Cloud technologies and understanding of Google's strategic and competitive position
