We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Fund Services Service Delivery
In this role, you will
Review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and perform analysis of client’s financial reports and investigate anomalies
Work closely with clients to develop, review and update Operating Memorandums
Provide guidance and training to a number of Portfolio Accountants in the team
Be a second point of contact for clients to address more difficult questions and requests
Review documents/contracts and liaise with Senior Management for sign off
Ensure that internal procedures are complied by team members
Ensure clients' queries and instructions are responded to accurately and timely
Assist in preparing of pricing and management reporting of the team
Assist with the set up of new clients pre- Initial Public Offering (IPO) (advise clients of the relevant requirements and assist them set up the relevant processes)
Liaise regularly with clients, bankers and other external parties (ability to develop strong relationships is essential)
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Degree in an Accounting discipline with relevant experience in fund administration
Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial instruments and accounting
Understanding of the internal systems for fund administration and shareholder registration
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Service-oriented and client focused, proactive and responsive approach to responsibilities
Team player approach to attaining group objectives
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferably with hedge fund administration experience
