Partner Manager - Data & Audience Partnerships - Facebook - Singapore


Job description
Facebook’s Data and Audience Partnerships team ideates and drives new revenue with key strategic data providers, making marketing more relevant and personalized on and off Facebook. Data partners have access to extensive customer data such as purchase histories and they specialize in audience modeling and design. Connecting their customer insights and technology with Facebook’s identity platform will unlock new opportunities, revenue, and scale for Facebook. The Partner Manager will be the chief of operations, providing ongoing consultative business, product, marketing, and optimization support to key partners and internal teams to drive partner, client, and business growth. This role will report to the Director of Data and Audience Partnerships.

Responsibilities
Work with Partner Development Lead to drive partner implementation and optimization
Be an expert resource and solutions architect on custom audiences and data provider solutions and provide consultative services to internal teams
Develop and manage data partner product beta testing process
Drive ongoing partner education and training on Facebook solutions
Develop and operationalize internal and external processes to deliver and scale revenue across data partners
Drive seamless coordination with Global Sales, Product & Business Marketing, and Ads Measurement Teams to achieve quarterly and annual goals
Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics. Identify trends and solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Promptly reply to partners on technical, policy, and platform questions

Requirements
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexity with action-oriented plans
Interest in broadening your wheelhouse to CRM, direct marketing, data and technology solutions, display advertising, and building new partnerships
Experience working in these industries a plus
8+ years of success as a consultative partner or account manager
Strong track record of initiating opportunities that improve the business, increase efficiency and drive business results
Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally. Builds strong relationships within and across teams globally
Excellent project management experience, with ability to lead multiple time-sensitive initiatives in parallel
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
