We are now looking for a Director of Audience to manage Lyke's marketing and customer related activities. You will be Lyke's customer champion responsible for customer acquisition, engagement and after sales customer care. This includes:
developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, including networks and media buys, as well as creative strategy, development and optimisation
developing and managing Lyke's after sales customer care infrastructure to manage all inbound and outbound communications to customers
leading Lyke's Marketing and Public Relations efforts, as the owner of Lyke's brand assets

In addition to the above, as a member of the core leadership team, the Director of Audience will be expected to provide strategic insights and contribute towards business decisions pertaining to audience, monetization and distributions.

Desired Skills and Experience
A minimum of 8 years working experience in marketing with successful track record in product management, as well as audience management.
Expert knowledge of digital marketing with hands-on experience leading online marketing for a consumer retail or e-commerce business.
Extremely analytical and deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including CPA, ROI and ROAS.
Passionate about retail and delighting customers.
General knowledge of e-commerce shopping cart systems and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Demonstrate solid organization, prioritization and negotiation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
