Consumer Business and Transportation practice serve nearly 80 percent of consumer businesses in the Fortune Global 500, including:

· 100 percent of consumer and business services companies
We are currently investing in our S&O consulting practice the Consumer Business & Transportation area in South East Asia and we have an opportunity for a senior professional to join the practice in a leadership role to spearhead the growth of this practice in the region based out of Singapore or Malaysia.
We are looking for someone with strong Strategy and/or Operations consulting experience, within the FMCG or Consumer market in SEA.

Essential functions and responsibilities:
A Director/Senior manager at Deloitte is expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
Lead Management - Organizes, leads and/or collaborates across Deloitte entities on pursuit opportunities, develops and leads execution of client targeting strategies in the industry team and identifies and prioritizes opportunities consistent with client targeting strategy
Developing Relationships - Develops and proactively maintains contact with top decision makers at key accounts and plans, organizes, and conducts external conferences
Proposal Development & Closing - Develop overall proposal strategy, approach, risk mitigation strategy and negotiates engagement terms and pricing consistent with firm practices and policies
Program Management - Capable of leading large scale enterprise transformations, facilitating executive-level work sessions, defines engagement strategy, objectives, scope and pricing is consistent with client's expectations, manage billing & collection and other critical engagement issues and demonstrates thought leadership eminence
At least 5 years of experience within FMCG or consumer consulting
In addition, successful candidates will have the following preferred background - South East Asia business development and delivery experience, ideally in Malaysia or Singapore
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
