Director, External Relations

Are you an experienced Public Affairs or Government Relations professional? Here’s a fantastic opportunity for you to be a part of the LEGO® Group Global External Relations team and based in Singapore to help bring the LEGO Brand to life in Asia.

Take on the challenge as a builder of External Relations Capability in Asia



• Be a strong enabler of the growth of the LEGO Group business in Asia combining your experience with strong business understanding
• Become a strategic sparring partner and trusted advisor to the business through establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders across different functional areas and seniority
• Aid the growth of business opportunities while mitigating the risks and exposure of the LEGO Group and its operating model
• Improve the performance of the associations and alliances and influence toy industry’s strategic priorities
• Build and sustain a positive profile of the LEGO Group and the toy industry by promoting the value of play and the LEGO Group responsibility efforts
• Be an enabler of the LEGO Group local community engagement program

What we’re looking for

• A Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economy, Law or similar.
• Deep understanding and track record from markets such as Japan, Korean and Southeast Asia.
• 8 – 10 years of work experience in a regional / global capacity
• Keen business acumen with entrepreneurship qualities
