Program Director:
Amdocs is looking for an experienced Program Director to manage multiple concurrent complex projects within the Telecommunications Domain.

The Program Director / Manager is expected to work closely with the customer and major internal Amdocs stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Programme meeting stringent schedule, budget and quality metrics



Accountable for the establishment and implementation of an End to End Programme of work,
Accountable for all major deliverables from the project team’s within the Programme
Responsible for endorsement and/or approval of resolution of key issues as they arise during the life of the Programme, including resolution of conflicts between all internal and external stakeholders,
Provide expert assistance and guidance to the individual Project Managers with the Programme
Act as the key internal interface between the project teams, and the Amdocs Executive management teams.
Desired Skills and Experience
Mandarin speaker.
Big 4 Experience
Strong leadership and vision
Demonstrated ability to manage customers at a Senior Programme and Executive levels
Demonstrated expert skills in program development and execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze problems and make well-reasoned, sound decisions.
Exposure to Telecom Services (at least 10 years as PM or Director)
Previous Systems Integration experience (at least 15 to 20 years)
Base knowledge of Telecommunication systems is mandatory
Experience in large or complex IT projects or environments
People management skills, ability to manage in a highly matrixed environment
Need Mandarin speakers.
Need Candidates that do not need a visa to live and work in Singapore.
