Air New Zealand Gas Turbines is a world leading General Electric approved industrial and marine gas turbine service provider, with an international reputation for quality overhaul and repair services on GE aeroderivative LM2500 and LM5000 gas turbines. As part of Air New Zealand's Technical Operations team, Air New Zealand Gas Turbines shares the operators' focus on cost-effective quality, reliability and engine availability. Air New Zealand Gas Turbines provides up to Level 4 depot maintenance, and its dedicated field service team provide level 1 to 2 field service onsite.
To support our positive growth trajectory, we are seeking an Asia/Middle East Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and increase regional revenue for Air New Zealand's Industrial Gas Turbines operation. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for business development activities through research and developing commercial relationships, ultimately securing profitable sales.

To achieve this, you will leverage your industry network and consummate leadership skills in the ownership of strategic and tactical sales initiatives across Asia and Middle East Region. With your deep industry knowledge and commercial acumen, you will identify, develop and implement sales strategies within new and existing markets within the industrial gas turbines sector.
You will draw on your extensive experience in complex sales management within a technical industry, ideally Gas Turbines and have proven business to business sales experience within Asia and Middle East Region. Your expertise will include a solid understanding of the commercial environment in the region, excellent communication skills with an ability to influence key decisions makers and build credible relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be an experienced user of sales methodology and CRM systems.
This is a key role that contributes to the growth and profitability of Air New Zealand Gas Turbines and further strengthens our global position in the market.
The aim is to locate this role in a key commercial centre in South East Asia (Singapore, Kuala Lumpur). Applicants should ideally be already located or being willing to relocate.
