Job description
The role will be responsible for overall management of the team including sales, operations, maintaining service excellence and ensuring team members are skilled and compliant with ANZ’s policies and procedures. The incumbent will also be responsible for enhancing the customer experience and delivering exceptional growth results across the key dimensions of quality sales activity, revenue, productivity and profit.

The Associate Director, Business Development role will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
Achieve sales delivery of NTB (New-to-Bank) Credit Cards and Moneyline acquisition targets via Direct Sales channel
Increasing ANZ visibility in SG market
Act as ‘voice of customer’. Establish and monitor changing customer trends and develop effective acquisition campaigns to maximise business opportunities.
Ensure consistent and high level of sales and service delivery by direct sales agents
Periodic sales meetings and ‘sales huddles’ to review and improve agents’ sales and service performance.
Build collaborative relationships with colleagues to enable delivery of sales objectives
Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, processes and external regulatory and legislative requirements

Requirements:
Well versed in credit cards and unsecured lending products, in particular in sales and service delivery, in depth understanding of local operating market
Ability to think broadly and interpret business plans into meaningful action items for the team
Leadership skills in managing the Direct Sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Tertiary qualifications in business related field
