Job Description:
Fully understands brand values and guidelines, and capable of translating those into actionable on-brand strategies.
Good business awareness and strong skills in translating marketing communication strategies into effective and meaningful design solutions across the different touchpoints (eg. Packaging printed material, online and digital media in general, POS, etc.).
Hands-on creative, yet capable of overseeing a small creative team-which can be internal and/or external, including photography, Illustrators etc. - to deliver a consistent qualitative outcome, on time.
Education and experience
Masters/Bachelor degree in the relevant design area.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field (including managerial experience).
Professional
Very strong creative skills and excellent knowledge of the relevant industry tools (software etc.) .
Knowledge of and experience with the development of marketing communication strategies.
Capable of translating these strategies into effective creative concepts.
Strong knowledge of the development process across the different touchpoints (packaging/print/online), with particular attention to packaging design and implementation.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
