You will drive strategic initiatives and innovation programme under the Chief Innovation Office. You will formulate and implement Land Transport Authority (LTA)'s vision, strategy and plans for innovation through leveraging on technology for innovative solutions to achieve performance breakthroughs in land transport development. To be successful in this role, you will work across all business groups in LTA to understand the diverse needs for data and develop a 3-year Master Plan to realise the goals of a Smart Nation in Urban Mobility. You will also establish good relationships with the land transport sector's industry partners, academic institutions and research institutes to explore and develop an innovation eco-system of partners and to develop suitable opportunities for collaborations.
Requirements
• Degree in information technology or related discipline, with more than 15 years working experience in IT industry
• Good leadership and management skills and understanding of organizational strategic goals
• Strong interpersonal, communications, persuasion and presentation skills with experience in engaging and influencing senior management stakeholders for their buy-ins
• Familiar with the Public Sector's innovation landscape
• Strong interest in keeping abreast with trending technologies and ability to incorporate them to improve the IT ecosystem
