Lead the development of strategies for IT enablement for multiple healthcare sector.
Provide input into the strategy for IT enablement for the healthcare sector as a whole.
Participate in engagement with senior stakeholders from across the healthcare sector.
Present proposals to seek approval and secure funds at relevant governance forums.
Oversee the implementation and delivery of the IT strategic plans and programmes for a specific healthcare sector.
Manage programme budgets and expenditures.
Advise senior management and other cross-functional directors on issues requiring escalation and attention.
Lead a team of programme managers.
Develop overall strategy for IT enablement for a specific healthcare sector.
Design and execute the engagement and communication strategies to promote the programme plans to the stakeholders and broader community.
Manage the implementation and delivery of the IT strategic plans and programmes for a specific healthcare sector.
Manage programme schedules, resource plans and implementation plans.
Monitor programme budgets and expenditures.
Develop and implement risk mitigation and issue management strategies.
