Job Description:
SMA aims to deliver the same quality of work that our clients expect from an external agency but with the insight and brand expertise that only an internal team can offer. You’ll be putting marketing knowledge and consumer insights to work, developing large-scale retail activation campaigns across all media, including the building of in-store display models. • Develop creative concepts for everything from small tasks to major strategic campaigns
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure a high standard of creative output
• Help mentor and develop colleagues in the creative team
• Act as an expert in the LEGO® brand standards and guidelines
Do you have what it takes?
• At least six years’ experience in retail, events, environmental design, or a similar field
• Strong experience in shopper and trade marketing communications
• Relevant educational background in graphic, product or environmental design
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
