Job Description:
Set up the digital content business and be responsible for all digital content revenues, P&L management and financial management including budget formulation
Manage the acquisition and development of digital contents including working with 3rd party partners for product development and content acquisition, etc
Lead the sales and marketing efforts. To utilize Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing and Social Media and other tools to drive traffic
Manage and coordinate all the various different projects for service / business launch
Build and sustain effective and productive working relationships with content providers and other strategic partners
Act as a key spokesperson for the organization to industry, media, analysts, investors, key partnerships and alliances, and other incluential parties.
Prioritize and target resources to meet a multiplicity of competing demands
To develop new innovative products to boost the monetization of content and integration with mobile technology and to deliver Hungrygowhere on all screens – TV, mobile, tablets and PC
To build a strong technology support team for the business
To be attuned to the latest in the on-line world and to stay ahead of the competition in terms of developing proper business analytics
To collaborate with and / leverage Singtel Group where there is business synergy
Motivate, Lead and Inspire the Team to ensure that the team shares the vision and are engaged
Desired Skills and Experience
Degree or equivalent years of experience with min 8 to 10 years in Digital Media
Proven leader with P&L management experience of technology and internet business
Familiar with the IT and Internet Content business
Proven ability to start up a new business and drive profitable growth
An understanding of the end-to-end value chain will be an advantage experience of financial management including budget formulation and rigorous financial monitoring/control
Must be innovative and have a keen understanding of the consumer needs and trends
Experience in prioritizing and targeting resources to meet a multiplicity of competing demands
Experience in building and sustaining effective and productive working relationships with a wide range of people, organizations, strategic alliances and partnerships
Strong leadership, strategy oriented, aptitude, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial business approach
A strong communicator with good understanding in Web Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM
