Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the role will be responsible for delivery of a multi stream book of work to transform the organisations Target Operating Model with projects including systems implementation, various process and service improvement and outsourcing.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversight of Programme Delivery of a large multi year, multi stream project
Understanding of Front to back processes in financial services, preferably within Asset management
Senior Stakeholder Management
Run the projects teams including direct and matrix reports from Project Managers, Business analysts, subject matter experts and IT professionals
The successful Programme Director will need to be an outstanding projects professional with proven track record and have a solid understanding of financial markets, end to end trade lifecycle and the processes associated with in an Asset Management environment.
Skills and Qualifications also include:
At least 15 years' experience of programme delivery with a proven track record of delivering on time and to budget in programmes upwards of $50m USD
Asset management experience and understanding of front to back processes
Outstanding communication and excellent analytical skills
Results driven and able to work under pressure
Ability to manage, gain trust of and influence senior stakeholders (up to CxO / Board level) for driving the initiative
