This role is responsible for driving Visa’s Digital Engagement & Media Partnerships in Asia Pacific.

It includes:
Regional coordination of local digital in market leads (as dotted line team)– develop best practice sharing, shared platforms and programs at scale, increase leadership and digital capabilities in AP (aligned to capabilities mapping) and create a “Go Beyond” digital culture

Regional the management and promotion of key web and digital platforms including visa.com deployment and local country sites and marketing micro site, and accelerating the importance of social as a core marketing muscle to move the business metrics
Regional coordination of Starcom media hub services (strategy, digital, data, planning) to push our digital thinking upstream
Incubating and managing new media partnerships and working closely with colleagues in the AP Marketing Teams to ensure that the platforms and partnerships that are leveraged are aligned with the business needs and the needs of clients
Regional liaison to the new Global Marketing Platforms & Capabilities team providing centralized support on:

Regional liaison to the Global Client and Digital Products Marketing team providing centralized support on:
Digital Products Lifecycle Marketing to drive client awareness, adoption and consumer enrollment & usage of Visa’s digital products
Regional digital leadership to leverage Visa marketing and communications expertise and thought leadership to elevate Global Merchant and Issuer/FI clients marketing strategies and create best-in-class co-marketing campaigns

Responsibilities
Inspire, coordinate, and motivate the digital talent in AP to “Go Beyond”
Work together with key stakeholders to define and implement a robust and coherent strategy for Visa’s web and digital platforms in AP that truly supports the business goals
Develop a Social Media strategy for VISA building on best practice learnings, Global strategy and country specific objectives
Develop a Mobile strategy building on best practice learnings, Global strategy and country specific objectives
Work with local digital agency/s to drive optimization and efficiencies across the multiple web assets
Work closely with other functional groups to consolidate Visa‘s presence in the digital environment and minimize fragmentation
Establish core KPI metrics to be used to evaluate ongoing digital marketing performance
Work closely with the web services agency and hub social/digital team to ensure that the role of visa.com (in AP) is clearly defined by the overall web strategy and then delivered to the markets in operation
Manage the content publication process within marketing teams and from PR/Comms team
Review web analytics data to make recommendations for optimization of site content
Ensure policy/style/guideline standards are met, and develop and manage quarterly reviews of all content to maintain its relevance
Manage timelines and coordinate support resources from the development/host agency for deliverables
Act as the key point of contact for digital and website management to external agencies, Visa Web Services, AP Hub Marketing and other functional groups
Manage web development and web hosting agencies, end-to-end (including integration, billing and SOW development)
Work collaboratively with the business to prepare detailed briefs for new web pages/websites/microsites/projects and advise on the most cost effective, efficient options
Ensure that all web and digital assets and communications adhere to Visa key controls and brand standards
Qualifications

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors’ or business/marketing or related field with marketing foundation
Skills - Professional/Technical/Business
People leader and good cross cultural leadership skills
Proven understanding of digital platforms and technologies
Proven track record managing agency partners and 3rd party technical vendors
Significant experience of developing and managing mid to large scale website platforms
Significant experience in marketing with a strong brand management and brand communication
International marketing experience essential
Expert knowledge, skills and demonstrated track record across a range of functions including digital, brand, marketing analytics, performance management
Strategic and innovative thinker with commercial acumen also capable of strong execution
Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy
Proven negotiation skills
Project management skills
Preferred Experience (education, skills - professional/technical/business)
University Graduate

Experience with strategic planning, creative thinking and solution development
