Lead a team of search specialists and own the P&L for the major region in the portfolio with diverse cultures and languages. Responsible for directing campaign management activities across search engine partners.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage the major region budget, with direct responsibility for the channel
- Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy for growing the search marketing business across the major region, and manage application globally where possible

Contribute to the proposed feature set and the product roadmap of Expedia's paid search program
- Lead and manage a team of Paid Search Specialists delivering campaign management activities, with particular responsibilities for selected language coverage.
- Drive global, strategic initiatives within and beyond search marketing to improve the contribution of the channel
- Liaise with regional and brand marketing directors to ensure cross-channel coordination, updates to attribution methodology, and agreement on any non-profit maximizing spend overlays and their objectives.
- Liaise with Partner Services Group teams to construct a closely-aligned workflow between supply and demand channels and build applications and processes that enhance efficiencies across departments.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the Paid Search platform to reduce trafficking and manual reporting undertaken by the Paid Search Specialists, to increase focus on optimization and analytical activities.
- Define objectives to optimize channel to achieve strategic goals.

- Drive improvements in search marketing process that scales across the global group
