Job Description

Must have 8-10 years of experience with at least last 3 years experience as a Project Manager.
Must have at least 2 application development/maintenance projects management experience.
Must have managed a medium sized (15+ team) Mainframe or Java/J2EE projects
Should have demonstrated experience in leading and motivating both business & technical teams
Should be able to document and track issues and progress in a efficient manner as well as escalate in a timely manner
Should have excellent client communication and Interpersonal skill sets
Should have excellent analytical and conflict management skill

Rank 1: Project Management experience of application development projects.
