Customer (Internal / External)

Strategy – Infrastructure & Service Management
Support and input to the creation, communication and implementation of the Global Infrastructure & Service Management strategy
Security Risk & Continuity
To support and deliver robust secure & resilient services for the region in line with global policies and standards
Service Level to the Business
Develop, agree and implement IT service levels with Regional CIO and Business leaders and subsequently track and evidence actual cost / service performance against an agreed balanced score card.
Delivery of Projects / Continuous Improvements
Ensure continuous improvement in the management of large scale IT initiatives and services, providing clear strategic direction for the future use and development of cost effective IT infrastructure and establishing and promoting credibility for the role of ISM within IT and the business.
Budget Management
Ensure effective ISM budget regionally.
Technical Design and Technical Project Delivery
To support RFQ responses to the business and oversee implementation of IT infrastructure delivery cycle.
Supplier Management
Effective management of and collaboration with strategic IT vendors ensuring optimal leverage of volume, brand and influence in the market.
Rationalise the Division’s technology and service suppliers to drive up economies of scale and to focus more time on developing targeted strategic relationships with fewer larger and more innovative players in the market.
To lead best practice, regional consistency as defined globally and benchmarking, seamless delivery.

Stakeholder (Internal / External)

Relationship Management
Build effective and lasting relationships within both business and IT management teams to enable the effective delivery of IT services.
Build strong relationships with the global ISM team to ensure the needs of the Region are met.
Build credible relationships with Sub Regional business and IT leaders and engage directly to establish matured level of ISM in all Asia Pac countries

Process

Compliance and Governance
Drive compliance and governance to corporate and divisional IT polices and standards.
IT Security Standards
Support, implement and communicate an IT security blueprint aligned to minimising risks and potential negative impacts to the business.

People Management

Direct Line Management
Development of the Senior ISM Leadership Team ensuring that leadership competencies and skills are developed to meet the current and future needs of the business.
Functional Management - People development
Agree and Develop skills and competency requirements / metrics for the Regional Teams.

Expected years of experience (Minimum)
10+ years in senior IT Management roles working within large, complex multinational organizations and IT Supply and service management disciplines.
7+ years responsibility for the management of a large geographically dispersed teams.
5+ years Significant experience in managing large complex IT budgets.

Expected Educational Qualifications
University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education. Masters degree an advantage
Preferably good knowledge of forwarding or logistics business
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
