Job Description:
Creates and executes Jabil's regional Supply Chain strategy, driving Jabil's operational, financial and business success through SCM strategy and operations and ensuring the effective management of Supply Chain resource.

Act as a trusted partner using consultative problem solving with customers to identify value added solutions that leverage Jabil supply chain capabilities and are aligned to their business initiatives
Anticipate customer needs , providing them with insights that reveal emerging needs they may not yet have identified, rather than simply offering supply chain solutions in response to a given requirement
Working closely with Business Development and/or Sales, critically evaluate customer strategy and positioning to create value maps that identify potential supply chain opportunities.
Lead and develop supply chain solutions and value propositions that leverage our vertical services and supply chain expertise to address customer needs.
Participate as the supply chain representative in business development programs, bringing deep supply chain expertise to support share of wallet growth through identification of innovative solutions
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sourcing, Design, Engineering etc.) to evaluate and consider opportunities for Jabil to develop new capabilities to address customers' emerging needs
Communicate and align strategy, goals and metrics with those of other internal stakeholders
Establish processes and create a cross-functional framework to support best practice sharing across
Proactively solution customer challenges by leveraging Jabil’s extensive supply chain knowledge and expertise
Creation of innovative Supply Chain proposals and value propositions
Formulation of Customer Supply Chain Value Maps supporting sales enablement engagements.
Lead Intelligent Digital Supply Chain (iDSC) strategy engagement with customers.
Provide insight and perspective on future supply chain capability requirements
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, and 10+ years industry experience within supply chain or business development roles.
Project Management experience essential.
Experience in Supply Chain Consultancy roles would be an advantage
Strong relationship-building and relationship management skills
Exceptional communication skills. Must be capable of persuasive communication both externally and internally.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interview, extract, assimilate and present information
Advanced presentation skills, comfortable leading customer engagements at VP level and above.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals & professional journals
Strong business acumen and knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends
Team-oriented individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability
Advanced proficiency in Powerpoint & Excel
