Lead the South East Asia Media Optimizer team to drive growth, retain clients and develop staff. To drive revenue growth across the region supporting new business efforts and leading Client Relationship Management to increase spend on the Adobe Media Optimize platform across Paid Search, Performance Display & Social advertising through market-leading strategy, leveraging first-class technology.
What you’ll do
Support the SEA Sales team in AMO New Business Efforts
Maximise Client retention and revenue through outstanding client relationship management and application of best in class search, social and display programmatic strategy
Provide thought leadership as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in digital marketing at client level with a strong ability to strategically challenge and influence clients
Strong collaborative approach working cross-functionally within AMO and the wider Adobe corporation to cross-sell our Adobe Media Optimizer (AMO) solution and premium services, particularly around Paid Search
Build strong trust in client relationships, deliver positive customer experience through exceptional service
Consistent presence with senior clients, owning short term and media term strategy via solid account planning
Ability to strengthen trusted partnerships with Advertising/ Media Agencies
Deliver quantifiable results, demonstrating high accountability for shared business goals and team’s individual goals
Develop / support / retain the best people to maximise staff retention
Establish deep relationships with our media partners E.g. Baidu, Google, Facebook
Seek opportunities &/or Identify gaps in product and/or service and feedback on market requirements working closely with the AMO Business Unit in the US
Understand the Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud and inspire commitment to the Adobe Vision
What you need to succeed
Knowledge of and experience working in the South East Asia market
A degree in a marketing and/or business related discipline such as advertising, business, economics and related
7 years+ working experience in digital performance marketing
Understanding of general and digital marketing concepts, language and objectives
Deep understanding of performance marketing with a focus on paid search
Exposure to Social advertising, particularly Facebook; and Display Real time bidding (RTB)
Experience with bid management platforms
Digital tech savvy, with a strong understanding of the digital eco-system and competitor landscape
Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely
Can effortlessly balance strategic thinking and analytical thinking
Strong leader, demonstrates commercial acumen and executive presence
Effective communication and a team player
Strong people management skills with experience managing a team of 4+ people
Adapt with change and execute with agility and rational decision making
Intermediate Microsoft Excel & strong PowerPoint skills
