Facebook is seeking an experienced sales leader to lead and manage its growing Publisher Solutions team for South APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a publisher sales team of Client Partners & Publisher Development Managers with a focus on revenue growth, client satisfaction and overall adoption of the Audience Network products across the South APAC region (India, South & South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand). This team is responsible for driving publisher adoption of all the Audience Network products in the region including mobile apps, mobile web, Instant Articles & Video.

Success in this position requires a passion for building teams, people management, sales leadership, acting as the key ambassador for the Publisher Solutions business in the market and the ability to interface with various Facebook functions in the region and across the organization. This role will be based out of Facebook’s office in Singapore and reports to the Director of Publisher Solutions, APAC.
Responsibilities
Establish the go to market strategy & execution plan across the Publisher Solutions product portfolio in South APAC (India, South & South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand).
Continue to recruit top talent and grow the team as the business scales including Client Partners & Publisher Development Managers
Meet and exceed all revenue targets
Lead all planning activities including quarterly sales plans, headcount & resource plans
Represent the South APAC region on the APAC Publisher Solutions cross functional leads team
Lead the prioritization & go to market plan for all new Publisher Solutions products being rolled out in the region
Ensure client retention and customer satisfaction in the region
Communicate market needs from a solution and service perspective back into the Publisher Solutions PMM, Product & Engineering teams
Work closely with Facebook leaders and various cross functional departments in APAC to ensure operational harmony & cross functional collaboration
Liaise with key departments such as Marketing, Product, PMM, local in-market Facebook teams & Sales Operations
Establish key senior level relationships in the market
Represent the Audience network in relevant industry events and act as the ambassador for Audience Network and Facebook in the market
Minimum Qualifications
Passion for Online Ad Technology, Facebook and the impact it can have on the media business
BA/BS degree with outstanding academic performance
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside an organization
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
Excellent communication skills
10+ years of experience in online media and/or ad technology and/or technology
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
Understanding of ad serving technology, exchanges, SSPs, Mediation & Ad Networks
Deep understanding of the mobile advertising & app ecosystems in South APAC
