Job description
Provide financial analytical support on real estate investment deals and their impact on portfolio and fund returns
Provide general research support and enhance Aviva Investors reputation as a professional fund manager
Assist in the review of individual real estate assets and portfolios
Analyze risk in portfolios and make appropriate recommendations
Assist fund managers in providing strategic advice to the senior management team on the impact of major transactions
Help wider property fund management business with specific projects
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree In Real Estate, Economics or Finance related fields
Experience in financial modeling/analysis and advanced Excel skills is a must, experience in running Argus models is a plus
Track record in analysis of property investments preferred
Works effectively as part of a team
