Director Consumer Mobile Marketing Singtel Singapore

Job Description:
We are looking for a Director, Consumer Mobile Marketing with International Group to be responsible for Postpaid Marketing, Loyalty Management and International Roaming initiatives.

Postpaid Marketing
Management of consumer product, enterprise and SME solution, device bundling, campaign management, retention and strategy planning.
Leading and shaping the market by differentiating portfolio with innovative market offerings, and through delivering positive customer experience.
Responsible for strategic marketing to identify the target segment, product positioning, pricing and packaging
Working with key delivery units eg Marcom and Sales to ensure seamless execution on go-to-market plans
Creating cross-functional synergy among Marketing, Sales, IT, and Finance teams to drive towards a shared long-term postpaid product roadmap.
Work with Customer Relationship Management on product/pricing review which impacts customer ARPU, internal and external churn.
Working with IS/Billing, Product Development and Network Operations to ensure products and marketing schemes are supported by customer friendly bill presentation
Working with legal, regulatory and external industry bodies to ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and industry requirements.
Keeping abreast of technology trends and capitalize on opportunities to drive innovation as well as monitor the competitive landscape to stay ahead of competition

Loyalty Management
Driving loyalty initiatives covering both prepaid and postpaid customer segments.
Spearheading launch of loyalty program with a rewards catalogue of core, digital and lifestyle merchant products.
Working with Product Development and IT teams to ensure good customer experience as customers can check poin balance, review catalogue and redeem rewards via multiple channels.
Working with internal stakeholders Prepaid and Digital product teams to design core reward offerings, and negotiating with external merchant partners to offer lifestyle rewards for catalogue.

International Roaming
Championing initiatives to drive roaming revenue covering both prepaid and postpaid and holding P&L responsibilities in Postpaid/Prepaid marketing
Responsible for pricing, packaging and work with International Roaming (Interconnect team) / Marcom / Sales on go-to-market plans.
Working with Product Development, IT, Sales and Customer Care to ensure implementation of marketing schemes


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
10-15 years Telecommunications Industry experience with a passion for Postpaid industry and High Value Customer
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
Proven leadership skill of managing a large team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Cultural sensitivity in working with people from different culture/background
Must be fairly mobile and be prepared for overseas assignments in 1-2 years’ time
