Job Description:
Responsible for the creative strategy and implementation of all products and services in SE Asia; taking the leading role and be the main point of contact in developing top quality 360-promotional materials that will be used on all platforms for the seamless implementation and execution of campaigns and strategy; overseeing the Creative Services department and regional management of all Products; overseeing not only the process of creative development but also the utilisation of the content; supervising and overseeing budgets, workflow and team members including external vendors; developing and overseeing innovative advertising solutions that are in line with SEA’s core revenue goals; ensuring consistent brand recognition, consumer, advertising and affiliate response for all networks.
Key Responsibilities:

To oversee the production of high impact, contemporary, relevant and internationally recognised products that increase consumer, client & trade awareness of assigned channels/brands
To be pro-active in devising and implementing new and pioneering creative ideas for the channels and brands that will lead to an increase in reach, maximize affiliate and revenue goals with award winning creative work
To oversee the implementation strategy of creative content on the channels and other products
To manage the Creative Services team, Media Planning and other fulltime and contract staff as required. Collaborating with other departments in the production and implementation of integrated creative executions for all products
To take full control of the budgets and workflow of Creative Services support and be the prime point of liaison between the team and other departments, local and regional offices, corporate centre and third parties
To liase, negotiate and establish relationships with key strategic partners internally and externally (production vendors and services)
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in network broadcasting, creative on-air and off-air marketing, promotions and production with at least 3 years at Executive Producer level. In depth knowledge of branding, strategic marketing and presentation & promotions on all platforms
Proven track record of industry awards with contacts across Asia-Pacific
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English. Additional regional language skills would be an asset
Organizational ability: Highly organized personality who is able to balance numerous demands that includes clear, strategic thinking coupled with creative strategy and budgetary considerations
Communication skills: Must be able to work and connect with people from all levels internationally with good negotiation skills
Social Media presence: Astute in digital media with strong online understanding
Management and leadership skills: Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; to lead and guide a team of different personalities
